I have Norton Anti virus on my computer so I would hope it would catch this. I’ve heard yeas and nays on this issue as to how good free is versus paid, and I do try to keep my computer up to date all the time, am constantly running scans and have my Microsoft updates automatically set to check every day for new fixes or updates that are considered critical, recommended, etc.; I have all of them installed even if they are optional just to be on the safe side. It just reaches a point that I don’t know how much I should spend to keep everything current as there are all sorts of software available that claim they can fix anything that comes along. $29.95 is a decent price to avert any kind of an attack, but how many applications should a person to feel safe.
