Evernote Review – Capture.Sync.Find
Posted in PC on
Today I am going to tell you of an excellent service called Evernote that allows you to easily capture information in any environment using whatever device or platform you find most convenient, and makes this information accessible and searchable at any time, from anywhere. For example, you can take a snapshot of a business card with your mobile phone and send it to your Evernote account.
Your snapshot is then scanned and processed where it is now fully searchable. (It can even handle handwritten notes!). Have an idea that you would like to jot down? Whether you are in the office or on the road, just type it into Evernote and it is saved for you when it is most convenient for you to get back to it.
Evernote is accessible through virtually any platform, including Windows, Mac, iPhone, and most mobile phones. You can even text message a note to your Evernote email account and it will be there for when you need it. A few of the things that Evernote is capable of processing are tasks and to-dos, notes and research, web pages, whiteboards, business cards, and snapshots.
Say for instance you are researching on the web, and you see some items that you would like to go back to.
Simply highlight the information you want to save for later, and send it to your Evernote account through a browser plug in. Evernote is a very versatile program and can definitely make your day to day life easier and bring a whole new level of organization and productivity to it.
