Portable Applications are an excellent way to have the programs you need with you and be able to run them when you need, without having to worry about installing them on the PC you are using. Just install them to the removable media of your choice (USB thumb drive, flash media, even an iPod) and they are ready to run whenever you need. In this short presentation I will tell you about a handful of useful portable applications and where to get them from.
