I used your free tactics and gained a bit of speed… I replaced my 256k RAM stick with a 1G Ram stick and… VOILA! REAL SPEED!!! Even though there are more than 1,800,000 Folders/files on my
Dell 2400.

Hey Len,

Appreciate the kind words man! Try speeding up cursor movements… I bump mine to the highest setting inside the control panel and seem to always get things done quicker. I guess you can call it a “power user” tweak. It’s all preference!

P.S.- I’ve got over 30 yrs. of experience as a prfessional musician and audio tech. and 1 yr. as an ameteur computer geek/I.M., and as I typed this winded comment my type tracking speed went almost to turtle speed.
