Kris, i would like to say that out of all the tutorials i have found on the internet, you make it real easy to understand. i am running Xp. pro. on this video i could not find the name of the item to start. by the way how can i get the window to hold and not go to the bottom of page. i like to have it side your tutorial when i am watching you show how it,s done.

My computer runs all the time when it is on. I have no idea what is running but when I try to do anything on the computer, I have to wait while the computer is doing whatever it is doing. How can I find out what is running (almost all the time) and get rid of it?

Thanks for the boot optimiser its exactly as u claim it is, it definetly makes a difference in
the boot up and shut down, my old pentium 4 seems it has been upgraded instead of tweaked,incredible work i will always value the gift of the 2 files , thanx a lot.
